About Coach

I'm originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, where I swam competitively from the age of 6 until 18. In high school, I made the switch from long-course swimming to water polo as my spring sport, earning the title of second-team All-American and competing nationally at the Junior Olympics. I continued my water polo journey at the University of Utah until I started my family. During college, I also coached water polo and swimming and taught snowboarding. After the birth of my second son, I discovered a passion for triathlons and trail running. I love competing and have had the privilege of racing alongside countless incredible athletes in many events including a 70.3 triathlon and the Ragnar series trail race. I’m a sports performance enthusiast and am always eager to take on new challenges!

Turning Point

In 2021, I experienced a serious ankle injury that forced me to pause my trail running. Realizing I needed a new way to stay active, I discovered CrossFit, and I’ve been in love with it ever since!

Motivation & Passion

My motivation and passion for the gym, especially CrossFit, stem from the incredible sense of community and camaraderie it fosters. I thrive on the energy of working hard alongside others who share the same dedication to fitness and personal growth. Coaching CrossFit is a true privilege for me; it allows me to inspire and support others on their journeys while continually challenging myself. Together, we push our limits, celebrate our victories, and build lasting connections—making every workout an opportunity for growth and connection.
